Will I get a receipt with my order?
You will receive an itemized receipt with your shipped order.
Will my credit card be charged immediately?
No, your credit card will be charged the day that your order is shipped. You will only be charged for items actually shipped, as back ordered items will be charged when shipped. You will also receive an e-mail confirming that your order has been received.
What if my selection is sold out?
If an item is sold out or on back order, you will be notified within 24 hours of receipt of order, as we do have retail locations with online merchandise.
How soon will my item ship?
Items in stock will ship within 24-48 hours of receipt of order. Online orders received after 1:00 pm EST on Friday will ship no later than the following Tuesday.
How do I track my package online?
You will receive your tracking number by email once your package has been shipped. To track your UPS package on UPS.com, visit the UPS tracking reference webpage. Type your Tracking Code in the Tracking field. Select Track to view the package details on the Tracking Summary page.
